At Sweats, we want you to feel as comfortable in our products as you do on your sofa. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a durable mailer of your choice.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
